As a full-time professional Broker and owner of Golden Oak Real Estate Services, Stephen specializes in residential brokerage, property management and relocation.

Stephen's complete professional philosophy can be summed up in three words: "Client for Life." He approaches every transaction with one thing in mind: What is best for his client in the long run? Beginning by carefully listening to his clients and continuing throughout the transaction with honesty, open communication and patience, Stephen works hard to achieve his client's objectives.

A Raleigh resident since 1998, Stephen knows the area from both personal and professional experience. Dedicated to his community as well as his career, Stephen enjoys volunteer work for both charitable and professional organizations. Stephen sits on the Board of Directors for the Greater Raleigh Merchants Association and the Community Music School, where he also chairs the fundraising committee.  He produces the “Have A Holly Raleigh Christmas” benefit CD; an annual charitable project to help raise money for young aspiring musicians from low-income families.  Stephen also helped launch and serves as a committee member for shoplocalraleigh.com, an initiative to educate consumers on why it is important to spend money in local businesses vs. national chains.  He also served on the Raleigh Downtown Parking Taskforce and currently serves on Raleigh's Passenger Rail Task Force.  Stephen is also the chair of the annual Raleigh Christmas Parade.  When not serving his clients, Stephen enjoys playing tennis, hiking, traveling, working out, cooking and spending time with his family and friends.

Leigh Roberts moved to Raleigh from the Atlanta Area in 2001 so she is no stranger to the growth Raleigh has experienced over the past decades. While she loves selling the big beautiful homes, Leigh's passion is for the first time homebuyer. She has the great ability to help her clients see how to make a house in their budget be a home that will far exceed their expectations.

In addition to being a Real Estate Broker, Leigh owns a custom painting and design business, has participated in community theatre and is an avid host and entertainer. Leigh lives in the North Raleigh area with her husband of 23 years and their three children. Leigh is also a licensed sales person in Georgia.

Rachel has been in real estate since 2005.  She started her career in downtown St. Louis selling loft apartments converted from 19th century manufacturing buildings.  This experience gave her a cutting edge understanding of downtown markets and sustainable growth.  She moved to Raleigh in 2007 and continued selling real estate while simultaneously developing a contracting firm, Neal Contracting, with her husband Matt Neal.  Her extensive knowledge of remodeling and new construction building has been an asset to her and her clients during and before negotiations.  Rachel is energized by Raleigh's growth and looks forward to continuing her career and building a family in this area.
