For Sale Sign & Flyer Box with Color Brochures...We place a sign in your yard and prepare a color brochure to place in your flyer box for potential buyers to pick up. Other Real Estate Agents & Their Clients…We will notify the top agents in the area when we put your home on the market. If they have an active buyer in the area they will have all the information on your home. We will also use what is called Reverse Prospecting in MLS. Reverse Prospecting allows us to send emails to buyers working with agents about your listing. The buyer will receive a link with all the details of your home so they are armed with the information they need in case they are ready to purchase a home.
