Individual Listing Website...Your property becomes its own complete Website!  Your website includes many high-tech tools such as aerial views, mobile website, what’s nearby locator, text messaging service and much more.  Your listing will be directly fed into some of the Internets busiest websites like Zillow, Trulia, Google, and Realtor.com.

Showcase Homes on Realtor.com...Golden Oak Real Estate Services upgrades your home on Realtor.com to a Showcase Home to attract more buyers.  Realtor.com is the number one real estate website in the country and Showcase Homes on Realtor.com are viewed 300% more often by potential buyers vs. a traditional Realtor.com listing. 

For Sale Sign & Flyer Box with Color Brochures...We place a sign in your yard and prepare a color brochure to place in your flyer box for potential buyers to pick up.  When buyers pick up a flyer with colored pictures and a vivid description of your home and neighborhood they are more enticed to pick up the phone to schedule a showing. 

Home Information Brochure…The brochure provides buyers with many details of your home to include pictures, upgrades, neighborhood information, surveys, floor plans, information on schools, taxes and anything else that will help buyers make their decision.

Other Real Estate Agents & Their Clients…We will notify the top agents in the area when we put your home on the market.  If they have an active buyer in the area they will have all the information on your home.  We will also use what is called Reverse Prospecting in MLS.  Reverse Prospecting allows us to send emails to buyers working with agents about your listing.  The buyer will receive a link with all the details of your home so they are armed with the information they need in case they are ready to purchase a home.
